This Art of Mine

A week ago today, one of my work colleagues arranged a Team Building event which took place on Sunday 13th August 2017. I never knew of Pottery painting until they organised it and it turned out to be very therapeutic. The studio based in Detling called 'This Art of Mine' was very cute and the staff was very welcoming. Prices ranged from £16-30 from a pre-made pottery model and had a wide range of objects to pick from and paint! Of course for an Animal lover like me, I chose another one of my favourite animals a Fox. Took a week for them to be glazed and sent through the burner, and today (20.08.2017) I finally picked up the final piece! I would defiantly recommend a friend to go again since knowing this beautiful farm.

The Best Uncle you could ever wish for...

10 months without you seem like a lifetime already. Hearing the sudden news that no one expected to hear bought heartache and tears to everyone specially our Family. You had one of the best send off's and I wish you was still around putting a smile on all our faces and specially being support for Nan and Grandad. Our lives still isn't the same without you around keeping Grandad happy and watching Millwall whilst Grandad is either smiling, laughing or sleeping whilst Dementia progressively gets worse. Having these photo's is the best memory of not only your send off, but seeing the amount of respect you had from friends and family.
